由于房子本身使用面积很小，所做设计以浅色系为主。墙面没有很复杂的造型，以直线条造型为主。白色和木色搭配，烤漆和毛面的木纹机理对比，增加空间看点。同时亮面黑色不锈钢的设计，又能增加空间的层次。共公共空间的所有储物柜子做暗开门，平板的门板，整洁又实用。地面铺贴浅色的哑光地砖，视觉上提亮、放大空间。
