乾正设计选址淮海中路283號香港廣場，是因为乾正见证了上海的城市更新，这座摩登而梦幻的城市，她即饱含了历史的沉淀与岁月的温度，也包罗了这个时代最时尚和前卫的革新，历史与当下在这里碰撞与交融，而淮海路，作为魔都的时尚地标和文化见证，是上海最具人文气质的商业核心区域，这里不仅聚集了K11、iapm、连卡佛、香港广场、爱马仕等最具潮流的商场和国际奢侈品牌旗舰店等，同样还有代表老上海的的石库门建筑群—新天地。摩天大楼与石库门里弄，时尚与人文，过去与现在……在这里碰撞与融合，形成了独具魅力的海派风尚。

Tribute to shanghai:

No.283 Huaihai Road, is chosen because Arizon Design has been witnessing the renewalof Shanghai and playing a role in the progress of commercial space design iteration,this city of modern fantasies and dreams,she who had paced through the yesteryear beholding flakes and warmth of history left in hands, and she who embraces the most glamorous and avant-garde revolution in our era, where the past and present collide and coalesce with each other. Wherein, Huaihai Road—fashion landmark and culture witness of this enchanted metropolis, is the central business district in which the brightest liberal atmosphere inhabits. What gathers is not only shopping malls and flagship stores of international luxury brands, but also the Shikumen architecture complex that represents the legendary old Shanghai —— Xintiandi. Modern skyscrapers and Shikumen local communities, la moda and le livre, the bygone and the hereafter……collide and coalesce, fusing the Shanghai school of eccentric aesthetics in its sole fashion.

设计是一段没有终点的旅程，灵感是永不枯竭的持续创想……

纽约有中央公园、伦敦有海德公园……每个城市仿佛都有一个绿色心脏，一个会呼吸的氧吧，让喧嚣的都市可以有一个净化心灵，亲近自然的地方……

乾正设计创始人申俊伟一直在践行「生态时尚」在空间里的表达；此次大胆设想，在高层建筑有限的空间里打造一个自然通透的“创想公园“，让她有「透空建筑」般的呼吸存在。让员工在繁忙拥挤的都市，在摩天大楼筑起的钢铁森林里，不再感到冰冷孤独；让这个办公空间充满温度和团聚力，激发员工打破常规，持续创想；同时，这个办公空间延续了上海的城市基因和历史韵味，让过去和未来在这里碰撞.

Design Conceptualization

As Central Park to New York, Hyde Park to London……there is as if a green heart in every city, a breathing paradisethat dissolves all the urban hustle and brings nature another step closer, relieving our mind and soul……

the founder of Arizon Design Mr. Junwei Shen has been advocating the involvement of 「ECOLOGICAL FASHION」in space for his professional practice.This time, the bold idea is to create a natural and transparent " Imaginative Park " in the limited space of high-rise building of Hong Kong Plaza, empowering her existence a breathe assimilating「open-piled Building」.Let employees in the busy and crowded city, in the steel forest built by skyscrapers, no longer feel cold and lonely; let this office space be full of warmth and cohesion, inspire employees to break the routine and continue to create ideas; at the same time, this office space continues the city's gene and historical charm of Shanghai, let the past and the future meet here.

整个空间像是截取了城市半空中视线的景致，散落在目光所及之处，由于视平线的建筑高低错落、形式各异，屋顶、红砖墙、窗、树……围合起来形成了一个新的场域，一个隐匿在摩天大楼里的「创想公园」。

步入办公室仿佛是沿着曲径缓缓进入一个街心公园，树荫婆娑，红砖墙、小径、长凳……

The overall space is as if framing the urban landscape from mid-air. Where the eyesight unpretentiously lands are buildings of various heights and distinguishing forms aligning with eye level, roofs, red brick walls, windows, trees…….the enclosure of which conjugates an exceptional domain, an 「imaginative park」hidden among the plain sight of skyscrapers.

Walking into the office is likeSetting foot in a center street park following a winding lane, sunlight glistering among leaves, red brick walls, walkway path, long bench……

关于项目

乾正办公室位于上海极具繁华的淮海路核心，周边既有上海最具潮流的商场，也有代表上海历史文化的“石库门”建筑；在这个中西方文化碰撞和独特人文格调的多元素融汇的中心，超出传统设计的界限，在高层建筑里营造一个与时尚同步，与过去和未来对话的场所，一个有温度，会“呼吸“的创想天地，让人感受到犹如公园般怡人的阳光、休闲与自由的感觉。

About the project

Arizon's office is located in the heart of Shanghai’s most prosperous Huaihai Road, surrounded by the uttermost trendy shopping malls in Shanghai, as well as Shanghai’s history and culture representative “Shikumen” architecture. At the storm center where eastern and western culture collides and multi-elements of unique liberal tastes merge, exceeding the boundary of conventional design, inside high-rise a field where fashion synchronizes and past communicates with future is forged, an imaginative world that “breathes” and is warmly tangible, inspiring mellow sentiments as if being in a park, delightful sunshine touching on our shoulder, free and at ease.

设计挑战：在高层建筑封闭的办公空间里，打造开放灵活的多维功能体验

Design Challenge:Grounded within closed high-rise building office space, to create boundless and adaptable multi-dimensional functionality experience

设计师以「创想公园」为灵感，营造一派悠闲的生活气息。

通透的玻璃窗，将室外的光线引入室内，整个空间在竭力的贴近自然，在高层建筑中复刻公园般的景致。举手投足间，像是撕下一片五彩天空，当成画布，尽情挥洒……，高低错落的建筑围合在一起，又好像在过去和未来的时空里游走，瞬间进入了生机盎然的创想世界。

Designer conceptualized from「imaginative park」, seizing a lifelike sentient atmosphere of enjoyable leisure.

Bright and thorough glass window introduces outdoor natural light inside. The whole space longs for a closer engagement with the nature, replicating a landscape resembling park in high-rise building. Every move taken grasps a slice of the prismatic sky, as if wielding on a canvas with ardent ambition ……Buildings of various heights cluster into an envelope, as if a wander traveling time-space of both past and future ends up unpreparedly plunging into the vigorous imaginative world.

关于功能

从工作空间到多维场景体验，空间自由发展

传统的办公空间，人的活动受到固化格式的局限。一个自由变化、灵活多样的空间，打破了尺度上的界限，延展了更多的想象空间：公园模式、媒体模式、工作模式、展览模式等，让工作空间变成创想公园，自由生长、畅所欲言。

About function

From working space to multi-dimensional scenario experience, autonomous spatial growth.

Conventional working space limits human activities by rigid formality. A space of autonomy, adaptability and diversity breaks boundaries in metrical sense, extending territory of imagination: park mode, media mode, work mode, exhibition mode and more. Let the working space transform into an imaginative park, where ideas explore freely.

社会意义：提醒人们关注所生活城市的生长基因，共同孕育一个发表观点、自由创想的地方。

Social meaning: Reminding people to care about the genetic source of the city they are living in, and appealing joined efforts to nurture a place of adventurous imagination and emphatic opinions.
